ooh

Fri Nov 20, 2009, 8:08 PM
I had a horrible dream with some horrible apocalyptic imagery in it. Then I had another one, possibly right after the first one. They really upset me, I kept waking up during the night. Did I have them together or on separate nights? I don't really know. I suppose it's just my brain working off some thoughts about our own mortality, but it was terrifying. I've also been thinking lately of how to proceed with The End since I didn't get that done, and I still think it could turn out pretty cool.

After these, I was very surprised though to see the new apocalypse contest here tonight, because I could probably come up with something pretty creepy based on partly The End and that nightmare for it. Whether I get the project done or not though is the question. Unfortunately, we all know what the most likely answer to that is though, don't we? However, the dream really creeped me out and upset me, so working with the imagery will be difficult. I doubt I'll be able to work on it much at nights.

Got a piccy that's gonna be made into a print. Gonna have to post a small preview of it when I get a copy back from my boyfriend. I also learned yesterday that brushes in Adobe make the world go 'round. Progress!

Also, I found out there's an artbook of some anime out with art from Eiji Kaneda out there. I really want to nab it, I love that ColonyOne style.
